It seems with the mobile app I cannot issue a pin for someone to get in to check on my apartment while I'm out of town. That is REALLY BAD DESIGN. I do not have a standard computer with me and thus, I'm cut out from the knees. I cannot recommend this service, and I will sternly warn that you need to use a computer to do anything other than personally opening a gate.

Still nearly unusable. Logs me out about every week. If I want to save the password, it won't accept the auto fill - just returns to the login page when trying. Half the time tapping on something just returns to the overview screen. The widget never shows anything. No Google Assistant integration either. Both Brivo apps are complete and utter junk.

If your management doesn't allow the widgets you must wait for the app to load every time you want to open the door. The app looks nice but writes to clipboard when opened and forces itself to foreground after switching out of split-screen making using it alongside another app impossible unless you manually kill the Brivo task. In theory this app shouldn't be required at all but at least in my building small cars are not detected to open gates, so this is the only way to gain access.
