Ratings and reviews

Cumbersome to order. Items disappear. Changing quantity takes forever. Items in same category don't list together, but by the order you added. Nowhere to follow up on delivered orders. Items have been missing more than once. There should be a way to request for refund for items not delivered. App keeps sending too many notifications. The offers don't show up inside. There should be option to select offers. Overall frustrating.

This is an actual review with my experience with Spencers app. It's like the 10 minutes delivery app of places where apps like blinkit or swiggy instamart (here in Varanasi). I live a little far away from the Spencers store and still the delivery is very fast. Now you can't place an instant delivery order after 8PM and before 10PM for obvious reasons but, still you can place a delivery slot. It is like the one spot delivery app in Varanasi and actually the fastest delivery is Varanasi as well!

I am editing my reviews. Giving 3 stars from 1 star. Reason being I eventually got refund of my due amount from Spencer even though it took nearly five/six days leaving the impression that they don't cheat customers' money, which I was apprehending initially since money was not getting credited. Anyway, you must have to improve your refund policy. You are getting money instantly and for refund you must see that credit takes place within 24 hours. Thanks.
