Don't bother using this company. Bus route- never bothered to stop eventhough we was waiting at the correct stop as we'd checked the bus was on its way using the app, he drove by as there was vehicles parked, we run after him waving he opened his door to say he couldn't stop. These bus stops have no signs & no proper parking bay. The boat cruise- this didn't stop at jetting 6, there was work being done, again no signs explaining & no updates in the app. Only interested in taking your money.

Visited Amsterdam recently and used the Hop on-Hopp off as we have done in many other cities. All I can say is don't waste your valuable time and money. This is by far the worst we've been on. Stops that are not in use, Boat drivers that miss stops, bus drivers passing you by, a city that doesn't allow bus stop signs, an app was not up to date. When we tried to get a refund and complain nobody takes responsibility, steering you to a customer team who don't investigate properly. Waste of money.

Works very well, but I'd prefer an easier way to see exactly where the buses were and when they would show up. that part didn't work very well.
