Worst app ever. First showing ( connecting to server l than after shows ( some exception occured. Please try again later ! )... Sometimes i login but app freeze and sometimes during order it's freeze. I complaint with them so many times but they make lame excuses and said sir please change your wifi, data etc It's my humble request please hire some professional expert person who manage your IT system and fixed all such bugs. Thanks

Frequent disconnections and server issues. No improvements despite of several complaints. Worse for connectivity. Ok for trading and order executions. No functionality after office hours, even we cannot see our exposure/ positions, let alone placing orders. No portfolio management page to see you current total profit/ loss status. They must develop dashboard type of portfolio management like many other apps have. Seriously thinking to shift to some other brokerage house.

Poor log on feature. The system will log you out on its own or if you attended a call on the phone where this app is running, you are logged out. What is a problem is that you are not able to log back in for hours and hours (even though the error message tells you to try logging in a few seconds). This bug can be fixed but the brokerage firm needs to pay attention to it.
