- The latest balance is not available. - Usually you can see weeks old data. - App is very slow. - The data in app and the web is not synchronized. It seems they don't have common data source. The application is providing a status of past... when we want to know the present situation. The Information and user experience of application is truly disappointing.

When creating a complaint, the system always says "Failed to create a complaint." When we try again, it says, "Wait until the current complaint is processed." Additionally, there is no data in the previous complaints tab. This issue has been present since the app was released and has still not been fixed. Otherwise, I would give 5 stars for the app and the responsiveness of CEB to complaints.

Please update this App to take complaints correctly. Most of the time "Failed to create a complain" msg displaying when correctly lounge a complain. If you want to keep single ongoing complaint for a user before add new one, you can prompt users by asking withdraw existing complain and add new one or not. Currently sometimes users can't create new ones when not completed from your end. Users also should able to end and assign new complain to fix this I think. Please fix ASAP
