In the PE MyInfo customer account, Premier Energy Furnizare (formerly CEZ Vanzare) customers find all the information about the electricity and natural gas contract in one place.

The portal has a simplified and intuitive design, as well as new functionalities, designed to help customers save energy and time:
- Verification of electricity and natural gas consumption
- Viewing the Premier Energy Supply invoice balance
- Making online payments
- Activating and viewing the electronic invoice
- Viewing the status of payments and arrears
- Management of several places of consumption from the same customer account
- Scheduling visits to Premier Energy Furnizare Customer Relations Centers
- Transmitting the self-read index
- Viewing the history of consumption, invoices and payments

From user perspective it looks like Premier Energy is sabotaging itself. They put both website and app in maintenance since June 6 exactly when I wanted to download the unpaid invoice. Now I have to wait for postal delivery and in rural area that's not happening prior to due date. And who thought it was a good idea to prevent customers from downloading invoices without giving up postal invoice delivery. This makes customers who don't want to pay online to download invoices close to due date.

Very slow. I think users with slow internet speed can't use this..."app". We can't pay the bills. Not opening with Adobe anymore, no option to download the bill, to use the bar code. Why did you destroyed it??? Web version doesn't work, so...Why???

Frequently not available! Since the end of March the services that the app should provide are unavailable. This happened in the past, but for a few days at a time only. In case you opted for the online invoice, good luck in paying your energy bill. It is like you are begging CEZ to take your money. All other energy providers have their apps running just fine. Fix the app issues !

Bună ziua! Aplicația My CEZ este funcțională în varianta mobilă, pe Google Play sau App Store. Pentru a utiliza noua versiune a aplicației este necesar să parcurgi doi pași importanți: 1. Actualizează aplicația, accesând Google Play sau App Store; 2. Resetează parola. Mulțumim pentru înțelegere!
