Incorrect descriptions and alerts. Data not updated correctly. The standing instructions for premium payment automatically gets cancelled and premium gets delayed. Overall, totally unsatisfied and poor experience.

worst app they take more than 10 days to update any transactions even when premium is paid by the app or auto debited by account... worst experience never going to suggest or take any plan of Canara Bank.

App is not up to the mark. Feedback page itself is yielding errors to submit feedback. Payment took long and the payment confirmation took very long. Also the payment confirmation lacked all details except transaction number.
