To use the ChoiceOne Bank app, you must be enrolled as a ChoiceOne Bank digital banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

App was fine until the last update, now I cannot log in on one device and another won't show updated account balance.....so what good is the app.....

Constantly waiting on updates on my account and always failing to load up to date information on my account.

So, so much better than Independent bank. Choice One charges you for having an account, however 10 bucks every 30 days is fair for a high quality experience. The price even goes down after a while for a modern, easy, best experience. Banking modernized with Choice One's quality technology that far surpass Independent Bank's, as transactions don't take days/weeks to show up on your transaction history. I can't tell you how many times I've overdrafted SEEING I had the money on their app. 10/10!
