What junk......the app was good the way it was, why change it? Ever since the new version came out it is buggy, fails to load, fingerprint login does not work as it should, snapshot is gone. Hate using the app but now have no choice. .........and to make things worse can only make a transfer once, try to make a second new transfer and the app hangs and locks and have to force close it......not a very secure way of logging out! Get your act together Citi IPB.

The application functions are broken unusable and when informed to personal banker their IT is less than willing to help. Very disappointed.

I cant access the digital token in the mobile app which makes it impossible to log into my internet banking.
