UPDATE 2/226/24: STILL HAVING ISSUES. Mobile deposit function still does not work. Every time I try to take a photo of the check, the app crashes and kicks me out to the login screen. I restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing helps. My husband also has the app. His mobile deposit does work, but every time he logs in, it asks him to update security questions. Doesn't matter how many times he does it, it will prompt that every time. App needs serious updates.

App is extremely buggy. Hitting the android home button often brings up a 403 error when trying to reopen the app. The screen is impossible to back out of to log in again or do anything. The only way to fix it is to go into Android settings and force close. Very little functionality inside app when it does work. I know this is a smaller credit union, but I've banked with even smaller ones that had more functional apps years ago.

You need a better design for your app when you're trying to transfer money over from one account to the other when you get to the end where it says send it's hard to push send button as it is hidden behind others symbols. There shouldn't be an overlap or an overlay on symbols and what you need to do. Very frustrating. Thank you when looking through other people's posts I see they're having very similar situation is in when you're trying to submit. You automatically end up hitting the other butto
