Don't bother, just use Hotel Engine. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I'm forced to use CLC for work. It has been one miserable experience after another. Their app is horrible at actually finding hotels and listing them, often showing no results one moment, then showing them after you perform the same search 5 more times. The customer service experience is horrible. Long wait times are the rule, and they have no intention of actually helping you or upholding the rates listed on the app.

App hasn't worked on Android or IPhone for nearly half a year. Doesn't pull hotels around you, and most definitely doesn't provide the lowest price automatically. You have to prove that a lower price is posted elsewhere on the internet before they match it. The website is just as useless. Much cheaper and way easier to just use any hotel booking app over CLC

Trying to reserve a hotel room frequently fails when calling works. Sometimes hotels won't accept the card without prior approval from the company. When reservations do go through, it frequently takes nearly a full day. Is a discount (usually 10%) worth the terrible user experience, perhaps. FWIW, the people at the call center are friendly and generally helpful. It's just a terrible system for all parties involved.
