Coayu Robot APP is a mobile application used to control Coayu brand robot vacuum cleaner. The users can use APP to remote control robot vacuum cleaner to do cleaning, recharge etc.
* Device operation: like direction control, cleaning power setting etc.
* Schedule setting: set different timer every day in a week
* Mapping: available to check cleaning area, duration and mapping in the APP

Ratings and reviews

Once you figure out your way around the app it isn't too bad, however it can feel quite clunky and not user friendly at times. I would also note the questionable translation within the app itself, considering people are paying hundreds of pounds for the vacuum itself you would think they might invest in a proper translator. Needs work but it's does what it needs to.

It was working a month ago. This is a scam company. Products are pulled from every site. When launching the app it shows "no network". The company is gone, there's absolutely no support for their products anymore. Horrible company. Alexa stopped supporting the app in its Tools despite it's still available. There are NO companies that support the vacuum because they locked the board to solely work with their network. I will NEVER buy one of these knockoff brands EVER AGAIN!

Shockingly bad. Coayu C520 cannot connect to WiFi at all via this app, errors out repeatedly, so this app is useless and C520 has no other way of connecting to WiFi. That's the only purpose of this app and it can't even do that! Have emailed support and somehow they've changed email addresses and I'm waiting again for a reply.
