I was exploring the app and some items to order. I had a coupon code which I was unable to apply after numerous attempts. While attempting to put the coupon code, the items were ordered on cash on delivery. I tried multiple times to cancel the order but i couldn't. I chatted with them to cancel my order. I was told that a ticket was raised. But later without any confirmation, I received information about shipping. Please update your app!

The app needs serious improvement. Items in the cart disappear after a few hours, forcing me to re-add them repeatedly. During a “Buy 2 Get 3” offer, the free product wasn’t shown or delivered. Customer care promised a coupon as compensation but never sent it — and now they’ve stopped responding to my emails. There’s no phone number to contact them either. Overall, very disappointing experience.

Terrible experience. I paid for my order in advance, and it's been 9 days since the promised delivery date still no product. I tried to get it redelivered 3 times, but no response at all. The delivery team didn’t even try to contact me and then falsely claimed the address was incorrect. I gave the complete and correct address from the beginning. Customer support is completely unhelpful and ignoring follow-ups. If you can't deliver the order, at least have the decency to refund the amount.
