About this app
The MDM Data Collectors were developed to be an effective tool to support Plants in using the Operator Driven Reliability – CDO (or Operator Driven Reliability – ODR) Maintenance strategy in a more efficient and intelligent way.
• Determines the degradation of Asset components using the concept of “Integrated Sensory Inspection”;
• Automatic opening (via automatic diagnosis) and manual (in the periodic inspection of the operator) of Technical Notes for the execution of services in ERP Systems (eg SAP and EAM Oracle);
• With the aid of reliability analysis techniques, it is possible to predict the probability of occurrence of failure in a next operational campaign;
• Determines failure modes of Asset components that indicate “signs” of early development (degradation process);
• 100% integrated with the other Systems of the MDM family;
• Significant increase in the potential for detection and early diagnosis of occurrences of abnormalities or failures in monitored assets.
