On the subject of Harassment and Sexual Harassment in Mexico, it has been defined that it is necessary to have tools and platforms that support women in this regard.
Given this, this tool was designed that seeks to support the affected women in this matter, allowing them to have a close relationship with these women, give privacy to their cases and the tranquility of their mobile device. Ensuring the confidentiality of the information, as well as the treatment of their cases.
For this reason, the tool was defined in the field for CFE workers who may be affected by sexual harassment and harassment.

-Agregamos un mensaje inicial para identificar que la queja sea sobre hostigamiento y/o acoso sexual, en caso contrario el usuario/a es dirigido a las definiciones correspondientes.
-Ajustamos el orden en el que se presentan las secciones y campos del formulario para presentar una queja y con ello mejorar la experiencia del usuario/a.
