CounterPath's Bria mobile products provide handling designed to redirect emergency calls to the Native Cellular dialer when possible on a best reasonable commercial efforts basis, however this functionality is also dependent on the operating system of the mobile phone which is outside of our control and subject to change at any time. As a result, the official position of CounterPath is that CounterPath's Bria product is not intended, designed, or fit for placing, carrying or supporting Emergency Calls. CounterPath will not be liable for any costs or damages arising either directly nor indirectly from the use of the software for Emergency Calls. Using Bria as a default dialer may interfere with dialing emergency services.

Works well, but exhibits odd behavior. For example it rotates the screen very quickly when I first turn it sideways, but it takes much longer when setting it right. Because of that, sometimes I've hit the wrong button and ended a call or selected the wrong option. Also, I've disabled the auto start on boot option and disabled my account, but it keeps restarting and reconnecting by itself.

Been using this for a while now. Every time an inbound call comes in and I'm doing something else that uses the audio (like watching YouTube or listening to Spotify), the microphone won't work in the call and I'll have to call the person back. This is a pretty big issue. I've tried updating, restarting my phone, etc. Kind of defeats the point of having it on my phone. Still doing troubleshooting on my end and if I'm able to find a fix, I'll change my review.

Using Teams and it is working well for everyone on both laptops and phones. Now our employees have access to their office extension when they are not at their desk. I did find that the app will have to tie up connections to the PBX. I was getting 403 unauthorized. I had a connection limit of 5 and only my cell phone and a desktop phone. Some how Bria was holding more than 4 connections open when it was no longer logged in. Once I increased the limit, all was well.
