Craftsvilla collects location data to enable location based discovery and delivery of order. Realtime location is used by delivery agent even when the app is closed or not in use by the delivery agent.

Ratings and reviews

Customer support is of the worst quality. Contact detail mentioned on the app is not a valid number. On mailing too, I didn't get reply in 24hrs . I initiated return of the ordered item within 7 days of delivery, but am not allowed to get refund in my bank account (although the option exists in the app) because of some technical glitches. So am forced to either not return the product, or get the refund in the Craftsvilla wallet (which I may or may not use). So my money gets wasted in both ways.

Really bad experience. The UI is pathetic. They charge 99 extra for every delivery. When I returned the product, the delivery charge was not refunded. Also, the amount that I had paid was credited to Craftsvilla wallet and on asking, the customer care executive said, it can only be used to purchase from Craftsvilla. Not going to use this app ever again.

A sham company. Pathetic customer care. Stay away. They sent a wrong product in a shipment of 2 products and also of lesser value. Told me to return 1 while forgoing shipping fee. System won't allow to return one product. Told me to handover only 1 product to delivery guy. He did not agree. Called them again. They said I needed to return both items while forgoing a shipping fee of 200 for the mistake they committed. One guy Ankit Shrma was particularly rude. Now stuck with wrong product.
