Ratings and reviews

First of all no real time data rather after every 5 mins interval data is shown. Secondly, the interface is not up to date like other competitors' app. Thirdly, can't download reports using updated android version and even if downloaded on old version just the day's generation is shown only; data regarding utility consumption, total consumption, load, battery voltage, charge, discharge etc. is not shown in report. Server is too slow and for the last three days I can't get any data.

Installed and configured app after some difficulties like inverter was not getting signals from Access Point have to add an Access Point near (WiFi module is not strong enough). App is not showing data on home screen everything is zero, storage permission issue while trying to download report, User input fields in UI is pathetic. Feel like a test app without QA or proper testing. Not satisfied.

It used to be the Best App but now it's the Worst App Ever and Crown Team is not at all concerned about the user experience. Since last 3 months the server response is extremely poor and it takes a very long time to display data. If I refresh then the power generation value gets 2 times which is totally false. This needs to be fixed immediately but Crown Micro is totally nonresponsive and not interested to do anything
