I paid ₹49 for a one-day demo session for Cambridge English, but I was never provided with the class link on the scheduled date and time. I tried multiple times to reach customer care, but the line was always busy. Extremely disappointing experience. This is not the level of service one would expect from a reputed platform. It felt more like “Fraud Wallah” than “Physics Wallah.” Total waste of money and time. If you Physics Wallah please refund my money.

We bought a course from you. but they enrolled us in an ongoing batch that started back in June. We kept requesting proper support and a teacher, but every time they said, “We’ll discuss with the team and confirm.” We never got any solution. Their customer care number is useless — it always says, “All executives are busy, we’ll call you back,” but no one ever does. Their support is pathetic.They also said they would send an email with a form to fill out, but we never received anything.

CuriousJr is a fantastic app for introducing kids to coding. The interface is very user-friendly, and my child was able to quickly grasp the basic concepts.
