The worst e-hailing apps. Incorrect location. Not user-friendly. System cancel bookings, making the company and drivers lose money. Passengers are being driven away due to frequent cancellation by system. The support team is crazy and stupid, being unable to fix issues brought up. They are very incompetent and uncomfortable. The company should replace the technical team with more efficient personnel

Lousy App developer. Looks cheap and not user friendly. All button is placed on the same spot. If timing is not right while clicking the button, something else pop up and driver click the thing unintentionally. But still affected the cancellation rate.

The need to toggle location service to "Always" is just absurd, app logs you out anyway if you are idle, this is overkill to battery/phone performance (and privacy) too. Because of this, tapping top blue bar to quickly switch between open GPS-reliant app does not work on this app. There is not even a dedicated channel for drivers to communicate with CS except phone calls. Refund me back the credit reload amount soon please.
