The Delivity app is for those organisation which make deliveries.
The benefits of using Delivity are:
In a busy city, the delivery driver can create a route showing the best delivery order, taking traffic information in real-time into account.
By sending a link out to the customer when they are two deliveries away, they are less likely to be frustrated with the wait and then call the order-line for an update.
We collect driver feedback from the recipient. For food deliveries, we can collect reviews and feedback a little later, so we can learn about their experience of the food. We can push this to review sites, and the customers social media.
This is not just for food deliveries. Other organisations and couriers would benefit similarly. Everyone benefits when the recipient is in to receive the package.
