Ratings and reviews

I've used Delybazar's service a few times now, and can provide a balanced review. The choice of items (specially non veg) is pretty good, and superior to other similar sites. The quality of food delivered has in general been quite good too. Customer service is a weak point. Support over telephone is non existent, and you have to send multiple emails before you get a proper response or action from their end. Hope they look at this issue thoroughly.

The app has technical issues which are leading to the money being deducted but not capturing the order ID in the orders page..Additionally, the phone number showing in the support section is not reachable when you call or is switched off. You should create a proper customer care section with a contact who can handle the queries but I must say the products they deliver are of very high standard and quality!! Their quality of the products is the best!!

Being a foodie, food blogger and recipe developer, I am constantly in quest of good online store specially in Calcutta. I frequently order food, though would prefer ordering fresh non veg items more as with age home cooked food is preferred on daily basis!! So I came across this app and tried out! I ordered chicken legs, katapona fish head, macher dim, ayr fish and Kochi patha! All items were good and fresh except the fish, which was stale!! Please do a check before delivery!
