Very disappointing experience with the product. I got a product which was defective, I immediately e-mailed about it to their mail id for replacement but till now no response. No one picks up the phone also. Now I am thinking that my money has gone, it would have been better if I had purchased from other online websites, atleast their return and refund policies are much easier and clear. So I would request others to think before placing any order.

1. The products they sent seem to have been used. 2. Some electronics I recieved were sent to me burnt due to faults in them. 3. Worst customer care service. Stopped responding after few days of followup.. everytime you ask them for an update they register you issue as new issue and you have to explain the whole thing everytime.. 4. Every order has somthing wrong with them. My recent order 5 items were either broken, defective, missing and burnt.

I had a missing item in my recent order. I am being told to upload the complete unboxing video, which I do not have as it is not mentioned anywhere during ordering process as a mandate. One of the mobile charger I bought is faulty and causing electrical shock, but, the deodap team is not helping on return or refund. Faulty products, poor customer support, not recommended at all.
