Ratings and reviews

The app is very vague. The daycare my child goes to uses it, and I wish they'd go back to HiMama. I can't communicate with the teachers or directors directly anymore, and they give a very generalized approach to the child's development. If a daycare uses this app, I wouldn't trust that your kid was actually developing skills, not based on this app anyway. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because it's a cute app but not very effective.

Notifications have never worked. It takes long to refresh data when I open it and I often have to refresh it manually. Photos have stopped loading when I click on them. Overall, very unreliable app.

Pictures do not ever show up and there's limited customization and features update: pictures seem to be doing better but all the teachers have issues with the app And there is zero response or support
