I don't know why dot and key is doing like this. I am so disappointed. I have ordered some products and paid for it. Money is deducted from my bank account but this app is showing nothing in my orders section. It means my order has not been placed but had payment in advance. There is no response for my e-mails messages. This was my first time ordering some thing from this app and unfortunately I guess it's also the list thime I am ordering something.

I ordered some products from the app and received them yesterday. One product was not the same as i ordered. I sent a mail to them, they just raised a ticket and till now nothing got resolved and no solution from there side. This is happening with me for the second time. Worst application and customer service. They told me to fill a form in which they asked for some details but still no response. Nothing has been done since now. 🙏

Worst app ever. Don't shop from them. The will never delivery your product nor they will refund your money & customer support is even worse your call will never connect to them nor they will call you back. I have order a product on 9th Sept and it was supposed to be delivered on 14th sept. But it kept on showing our delivery partner tried to delivery the order at you location but couldn't not delivery it and now it is showing that it has been delivered but I haven't received the order.
