Great to see the Issue with the rupay CC UPI payment duplication got solved, but one minor thing is still there, earlier it was showing as original one and the duplicate of the same and you guys removed one (the transaction history showing as two has been solved) but the paid with the duplicate status (the orange background status) is still there, as you guys have fixed the duplication issue you can remove the duplicate status also ...

Almost using since 3 years I think. I never got any useful promo code or cashback etc.. even I paid thousands of bills using this app. The useless cred coins. I will try my luck when I feel to spin the wheel after paying bills of a quick popup. I strongly recommend to use your bank website or other platforms atleast your will be out the hoax saying you will get something blah blah blah... When u use cred in other platform, it say cashback applied but don't know where it goes !!!!!🤔

Pathetic Application: At once it shows different amount as cashback and after crediting the amount it got changed. Customer support guys acknowledged the communication issue in app but put the call on hold for more than 15 minutes and never came back. I had to call again,. discussed the issue for approx 50 minutes with 4 guys but got no resolution at all, they don't even trust their customer. There is a technical glitch at their end but they are least bothered to work on the same. Ridiculous!
