App worked for a month without any issues. Now unable to add bank account details. I have been trying for three months to add a bank account every time I receive OTP and get a confirmation message with Thanking Note but once clicked on ok it again takes me back to the Registration Step. I am writing to express my disappointment with the service at your gas centre. My gas cylinder ran out on Sunday, and despite booking a refill on the same day, it has still not been delivered, even after 5–6 days. Calls to the centre go unanswered, and repeated follow-ups have been ignored. This delay has caused significant inconvenience.
