I opted for new gas connection after filling all the details and uploading the documents it says internal server error. I tried multiple times and it is the same. upon that it doesn't even save my details I have to refill all the details again and again quite disgusting.

It's a great app but the errors and issues occuring while using the app is very frustrating. 1. Experiencing "Unknown Error" issues while Recharging wallet with UPI. 2. Updates done while updating personal details is not working. At least booking and paying for a cylinder should be flawless.

I tried to make payment through the hp pay wallet at a petrol station and there was no response from the app. However, later when I saw the transaction history there was two transactions so I wanted the team to revert one of the transaction, however customer support won't help with only reply was to contact the petrol station. I will never use the app for payment 😭
