the device is nice and all but one thing I don't like is the limited amount of times I ask the travel buddy for help or advice. It will first say "you have reached the daily limit for voice messages for today". Then it will say "you have reached the daily limit for chat message come back in 9h". I hope it will change the limit to unlimited for voice and chat messages some day.

I'm very disappointed, dont not buy one! You still need your phone to use this device! If I have a phone, you dont need the device! Simply download a free translator app you can use on your phone. I can hardly hear the translation even on volume high, poor sound quality! There is no repeat button on the device, only on the phone. Waste of money!!!! It doesn't even have all languages either, lame!

It only worked one time and I had to have WiFi and stand still. I have to hold both the phone AND the device to use it.... How is that convenient? It only was able to translate Spanish and French the others never downloaded. All that doesn't even matter anymore. Bc 2nd time trying to use it... Does not connect, device says it's connected but my phone doesn't it just spins and spins trying to connect. And you read at bottom "Please wait while connecting " but it never does. So it's useless
