About this app

Korubin Tools, a tool designed for Koru1000 users that can calculate basic, advanced, cable and pipe efficiency analyses. It consists of 4 modules: basic efficiency, advanced efficiency, cable efficiency and pipe efficiency.

Features:

- With Basic Efficiency, simple efficiency analysis can be made using hm, flow, power, motor efficiency and power efficiency parameters.

- Advanced Efficiency is a module in which data such as pump head, drive and cable losses, friction calibration, surface roughness of the pipe, pipe length and pipe inner diameter can be used in addition to the parameters used in the basic efficiency module. Using these data, system net power, hydraulic efficiency, system efficiency, water velocity, friction, Reynolds number, flow type, darcy factor, relative roughness and kinematic viscosity can be calculated.

- With Cable Efficiency, efficiency analysis of a voltage of 230 or 380 volts can be done based on active power, cable length, daily operating hours, maximum voltage drop, maximum depreciation time and energy costs, copper and aluminum cables of different sizes.

- With the pipe efficiency module, the pressure loss in the pipe can be calculated by taking data about water velocity, flow type, resistance coefficient, Reynolds number, kinematic viscosity, flow, water temperature, pipe type, pipe length and pipe inner diameter.
