Worst banking app ever! I’ve been trying to log in for the past three months since the older version stopped working and still I'm unable to login

Opening an account is easier than opening this application on your phone. On complaining, they say "uninstall and install it again" , as an IT professional, idk what sense it makes.

Hello sir / mam My account Are Freeze On 6thFeb26 But I Escalate to your Customer Care team an an I visit to Specific bank also But it ask for My Multi transaction I tell An Mail Many times . Equitas bank I Am using past 6years today is 21/02/26 But still Is in FREEZE I am very Very Disappointed in your Worst service My suggestions improve Your Service An I need My account Unfreeze otherwise I will take any Legal Action.
