Not sure whats the point of this app when none of the In-App options work/ function. 90% of the time, the app has 'something went wrong' error and then when this doesn't show, no part of account details are displayed. Useless app! Seems bank just wanted to have presence in PlayStore so they created the app and gathering Data of individuals.

Sucks big time. They keep updating their app 100's of times. Their tech support is worst I've seen, might as well be non-existent. Takes days to solve any kind of problem. Do not know why I continue with this bank. Cannot access my mobile banking for days on end. Best Part was my phone number was linked to one of their loan customers because of some idiot employee's carelessness. All I hear is very sorry for the inconvenience, but a solution- Not forthcoming. Should just close my accts.

Very Poor Experience with the New App The new app is extremely disappointing. Earlier, I could easily check my commercial vehicle loan status through the app. Now, the app is not even allowing me to log in and keeps asking me to use mobile banking, which does not make sense for a commercial vehicle loan. Please fix this issue and provide proper access to commercial vehicle loan customers. Very frustrating experience
