I cannot express how bad this app is. I'm sure this may be tied somewhat to the machines that are being used with it but there are some machines in my facility that generally work after 2-3 tries and some that will not connect even after 20 payment attempts. Switched back to using the card and will not be looking back.

When it works it makes things very efficient. Sadly, this app is so unreliable. It constantly doesn't connect to the machines which means that you have to take an extra step and put money on a card (usually more than you wanted to put on the card) This app is supposed to make things easier, but it doesn't. This is an extremely frustrating app.

Save yourself the trouble, just pay up and buy a laundry card if your location still supports them. It's much, much slower to start cycles with the app than it is with the card. This app is unfixably bad because it uses Bluetooth talk to the machines. Bluetooth inherently has a pairing delay that app developers can't really do much to avoid. The only thing they could maybe do is persist the connection between the machine and your phone so you can top off dryers more easily without the delay.
