Worst experience I ever had with an app and device combination. Works maybe 1/10 times. When it works the connection to the camera is heavily delayed. The device is next to the router so not a network issue. A speedtest shows the upload is 10mbits. In response to the answer, please read that we have enough upload. We have 120/10 mbits. 120 download and 10 upload. That should be enough?

Very bad app and very bad product. It constantly has a connection issue, it is more offline than online. When you need it the most it does not work. And then suddenly it start working again after a few days. UPDATE The internet is perfectly ok. Everything else works fine. There is no chance that there is no internet at all for three days and every 5-6 days the same again. The app and the device are a piece of s*it.

The call just isn't transfered to phone. Using Huawei P30 PRO with Android 11. Also tranfering sound from phone to WelcomeEye just not working all the time. Sometimes only. Sometimes I received a call after many hours. Now upgraded phone to Android 12. Does not ring, When I tried to change the setting of Ring Alerts, error pops up "Close ring alert failed" Waiting for some answers or solution. Realy not good product.
