UPDATE (12-5-23): The 2.1 update seems to fix the notification issue. If the update isn't listed, uninstall and reinstall the app. For this reason, and due to how quickly support was able to get the issue fixed (about a week after emailing them), I've decided to update my rating to 4 stars. App worked well up until about 2 months ago when I stopped receiving notifications for assignments. Reached out to support and let them know of the issue but can't give above 1 star until the issue is fixed.

I have been working as a substitute Program Leader for Think Together since late February of 2023. While still at training, I was told this app was still in beta. Up until about mid-April, this app was working fine. Since then, I have not been able to secure a single job! I open a job alert instantly, and by the time the app opens (which takes about 1 minute), the job is gone! Whatever bug this is, it needs to be fixed!

So. Slow. When loading. I tap the alert and it takes about 10 or 15 seconds to load. Obviously this doesn't happen to everyone because the job is already taken by the time it finally loads. Alerts are often down or delayed. It would be nice if we could block out dates on the app so I don't have to toggle back and forth between this and my personal calendar when a date comes up. Often by the time I figured out if I'm available or not the day has been taken by another sub.
