Ratings and reviews

The app and the customer service don't match the quality of the products sold. There have been 2 instances where I've placed the order when there was 1 item left in stock and both times i got a mail after a week saying your order has been cancelled because of the product not meeting our quality check. You can't return a product on the app and need to mail them. They say they respond in 2-3 business day but don't do that unless you call the customer care and remind them of the mail sent.

Worst experience. My wishlist automatically got transferred in the cart due to faulty app. And I ordered many products by mistake. Now I want to cancel there is no cancel button at all. Whats the use when I can't cancel immediately. Ultimately I will have to return the products..which will waste your time as well as mine. Very very bad experience

Worst app ever, I ordered a pair of size 4 leather slippers and they sent a pair with one foot of size 4 and another of size 5. And the app is not giving any option to return it, it's so bogus app, you can't even see your ordered items. I want my 1400 rupees back.
