Facilitron is pleased to announce the release of the first version of its latest product, the Facility Inspection Tool (FIT). FIT is a digital solution designed to help facility managers and maintenance teams streamline their inspection processes and improve overall facility management. Designed to the rigorous California William's Settlement eFIT inspection, FIT outputs directly to the State Allocation Board pdf or Excel document to streamline your annual inspections. By design, FIT can create punch lists for construction follow-up, detailed HVAC inspections, and create baseline location assessments for Facility Master Plans, maintenance plans, and modernization programs. A great tool to use for creating locations and assets for asset tracking. Integrates with the Facilitron Works work order system to support M&O activities, this achieves a single source cohesive way to monitor location specific activities across multiple departments, e.g. IT, Maintenance, Rick Management, Food Services; all departments can attribute activity to a location that is shared by all departments so facilities can have a holistic view of campus usage/activities.
