Worst expereince ever! Pick up location is 35 minutes away and delivery takes 24 hours. They also don't work on Fridays, so the delivery window extended beyond that. Customer service cant do much, they have no visibility on operations, nor do they know which driver picks up the shipment and which one delivers it. Adding to that, the fact they charge for the "convenience" or lack of it. My suggestion, pay a little extra and go with a more reputable service.

The best service I've experienced. I have 2 successful deliveries and the delivery man is able to pickup my package from my address without any complain. The initial price is very expensive. 85 SAR at max but, at average it usually 57 SAR. Last order is failed to deliver due to non serious buyer, I thought I will charge the service delivery for package return. However, I haven't charged anything. It is worth deal service if you are starting a small trading business.

The service itself is very Good but the application is bad all around, my shipments tap isn't working and can't track received shipment from the tap. Also. Hopefully the app gets revamped *review edited to 1 star as the latest time this got updated is 3 years ago!!
