To start you must be enrolled in First Citizens Online Banking. Visit (www.firstcitizenstt.com) and click the "Sign Up" option, then request Online Banking.

Ratings and reviews

Doesn't seem to work now without location access. The permissions of the app seem to have been changed so that I can no longer log in from my phone without allowing location access. I haven't seen any email update about this and I do not want to grant location access to the app. Will be uninstalling.

One minute it's working next minute it's not. I have to keep deleting and installing it back just to get the information I need. Very frustrating 😕

Push notifications only come through if you open the app. Which defeats the purpose of notifications.
