When using the generated OTP for verification always keep giving *Wrong OTP* .... In case of changing the mobile phone, we can not re-activate the app with bank account. We have to contact CallCenter.....really it is frustrating π

Useless. It used to work but not anymore. It always gives wrong OTP. I reinstalled and got the customer service to reset my soft token and now it's not binding.

Is there any option for zero rating? Pathetic for such a bank and can't offer proper online banking services to its customers. OTP is not working at all with all kind of attempts. Is there anyone can help with the following error "faild to bind device"
