Worst app small finance bank. I deposited Rs. 15000 in this bank. Later for an emergency purpose, I tried money transfer several times and I got notifications like " for security reasons, the transactions were restricted". I couldn't transfer money and my money was locked in this bank. This bank cheats and robs people. Better close down the bank. I mailed several times but no responses.....

Good app,but have no QR code scanning payment option.Hope this option will be updated very soon. Also customer should be able to change their mobile number from the app directly as other Bank's app does.

Awful, while opening an FD, the bank asked for the account to which the balance to be credited at maturity. But, now it says no account found to credit the money. If the process to open account is completely online, why cheat us for closure that I need to visit branch to update details 😡
