FirstCU Access is your personal financial advocate that gives you the ability to aggregate all of your financial accounts, including accounts from other banks and credit unions, into a single view. It’s fast, secure and makes life easier by empowering you with the tools you need to manage your finances.

Deposit checks in a snap by taking a picture of the front and back.
View and save your monthly statements.
Find branches and ATMs near you.

Secure your account with a 4-digit passcode and fingerprint or face reader on supported devices.

To use the FirstCU Access app, you must be enrolled as a First CU Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Although the app is good, it is much more difficult to use than the previous app. Has more smaller conveniences but seeing the amount before and current after a purchase is better. If you have checking, savings and or more on the same account, seeing them one the home page was better and easier to transfer more between them. Now, not so much.

I like this version of the app. Everything is easy to to find and use. The messaging system works great. It doesn't act up on me very often. A+. Now if they'd just allow transfers out of kids accounts using the app, it would be perfect!

I do not like this bill pay platform. I have overdraft protection and this platform does not process my payments if the funds are not there. Sometimes my payments need to process the day prior to my check posting. I know there is nothing that can be done to change this platform, but I hope 1st Service FCU will go back to the previous BP company
