This app is a good alternative to taking in-person lessons. It plans out the training I should do for a week to maximize results. I also get to have a personal trainer and videos accessible offline.

You have to pay and subscribe to view the training videos. Design of app does not aim toward bjj. It has other sports in it as well.

Won't let me open the app. Keeps on saying "unfortunately, (the app) has stopped."
