This brand exudes negligence. Careless support, mediocre app. Old cars - discharge like crazy. Lagging app, stuck on updating during rides (you pay while waiting!). Restarts help, but this has persisted for years. Trip timing is inaccurate, showing random numbers. Winter brings cars with broken heating, ruining trips. A €5 refund is a poor apology. Scooters absent for 2 years - website still not updated. And the list goes on. This company seems indifferent compared to competitors.

Changing my score, as this was actually improved so now driving ecars with Fiqsy is just perfect -----> Service and app are good. But if you run out the battery on the e-car - they don't let you to change the car and you will have to charge it with your own money (couldn't find this mentioned anywhere on website or app, on the phone they were quite rude and just said it's their business model).

Thanks for the great service! One improvement suggestion after being a customer for two months: total accrued price during the ride is not shown in real time; it pretends to, but actually is not - when you lock/unlock phone, application laggs showing outdated price, and after minute or two after syncing with your servers price instantly increases by a significant ammount. Like it was showing 8 Eur and then instantly jumps to 12. Other than that - just great!
