About this app

We present the guides that the Forvo community has created in order to help with trips to those countries where you don’t speak the language.

Every recording has been made by Forvo users in everyday conditions, not in a recording studio.

The content is presented in two sections: Essentials and Useful Travel Phrases, each containing different categories relevant for travel. In Essentials there is useful vocabulary for daily situations, while Useful Travel Phrases contains helpful phrases for particular situations.

You can download the guides so that you still have access even without an internet connection.

No ads, useful phrases. Nice and easy UI and amount of phrases is enough for basic level. Advised P.S. Many languages to choose so after you familiar with one you can explore the others as well (which is great: you don't need other apps with different pick of phrases. It's simple as that: native language -> language you learn, with sound example)

Not sure the accuracy of the translation. Just found one error for korean. Rain was translated as airplane. Imagine you're using this overseas and gets the message wrong. I might as well use Google translate

Great app for travelers, helpful phrases and vocabulary with genuine native speaker audio so that you stand a chance to actually be understood. Very light on resourses and effective. I hope more languages are added soon!
