Ratings and reviews

I stopped using this app 6-7 years ago and started using other sources for my football news. However, I came back to see if the app has been improved and GOAL impressed me. The loading of pages are much faster. The UI has been revamped and look so much more elegant! I think they have also made the scrolling much smoother. Not to mention the trending tab is refreshing. It's a feature I never thought I needed! I just wish there is an option to a yearly subscription for removing ads.

This used to be a good enough app to get news, scores, and schedules. Now they have ads as soon as you open the app. Very annoying, especially when the ads are deafening. Also news and scores completely fail to load more often than not despite a perfect internet connection. Damn shame. I guess i need a different app if I even want to see game schedules or scores.

At the current moment I would only give 1 star, but it use to be decent... you have to watch adds, some 30 second commercials just to open the app! Crazy, just to get in the app, your stuck for 30 seconds and then every article you open is another add. Their writers are basis to specific players, but everyone knows it, so take it as it is. Used to be awesome and a great app to get football news, but has declined to a 1 star app recently! Find another news outlet app, or you'll be disappointed.
