Ratings and reviews

Great app. No intrusive ads or annoying algorithms. Continues to play even with the screen off so it's great for music. My only complaint is that the share button is completely useless. If you try to share a video, it just shares a link to download Freetube in the app store. It would be nice if you could grab the actual YouTube link instead.

Having a problem with "age-restricted content" . It says I have to toggle something in settings and there is no option for it. Also there is a bug where if you click an age-restricted video the message still blocks the screen of any other video you click after, and you have to restart the app. Also, the ability to use shuffle on a playlist. It's on the desktop version but I cannot find it on the app version. Everything else works great and if they fixed these problems, I can see putting 5⭐.

It helps me strip down my video watching. No ads, no being fed content by an algorithm designed to game my dopamine. Definitely some issues, but it seems like there's decent developer support, so I see it being improved. Only thing I really want is for it to automatically play through the playlists I create when I hit "Play All" instead of defaulting back to the suggested autoplay. Thanks, dev!
