very annoying app I couldn't been able to make a withdrawal from my account ever since I created and I was busy sending my money inside, just keep telling me couldn't find the merchant. what an annoying app

I funded my account with 500 when i logged in at first, and I was told that, I'll have 250 as a welcome bonus, making a total of 750, 1 month after my account is empty, I can't access the fund in the account it's reading 0.0 balance. As how?
