Unfortunately, my experience with this app has been disappointing. The customer service is lacking, often unresponsive or unhelpful. Additionally, the app itself is sluggish, making navigation a tedious task. The reimbursement process is painfully slow, adding further frustration to the user experience. Improvement is definitely needed in these areas for a better overall service."

Terrible customer support. The first response to your ticket will be given after a day minimum. If you're looking for something reliable then this is not the product. The connect with support button is just a hoax, I was never able to connect to any agent as it always said "our agents are currently unavailable" regardless of the timing. And the customer care executive just cuts the call mid conversation. Terrible experience until now.

Worst and pathetic service mostly. Delay in everything. Need to keep following up multiple times via multiple channels (email, chat, Phone, etc.) even for simple orders. Prescription upload got removed completely and had to reupload as they missed two tests from earlier order and then still gets rejected even though it is their fault and i already spoke to other exec to fix the issue. Seen multiple such rejections even and they disconnect call after long wait only to frustrate customer.
