Puzzles & Chaos is a match-3 fantasy strategy game that tells an ancient legend of a Frozen Land.

A once prosperous continent now lies frozen due to the bizarre magic of the undead.
The humans, dragons, and other magical creatures who once lived here perished, escaped, or were displaced to desolate lands.
As a warrior, you are expected to remove the frozen seal, awaken the dragon, and rebuild your homeland using your innate strategic talents.

Ratings and reviews

Game charged me twice for an item that is only supposed to be able to be purchased once. Upon requesting a refund, they will say "you still owe us that money" and will not give future paid-for items. Their "customer service" is also nearly non-existent. It takes them far too long to respond to purchase issues, so I can't imagine how bad it must be for other less important issues.

I don't like building cities in games. -1 I'm annoyed at the constant urging players to spend real cash. -1 The character designs and animations are Great. The tutorial is idiot-proof (a big deal) The puzzle battles are, actually, fun. Level up material is just the right amount of rare. Haven't played long enough to comment on clan/faction/team play. Great for waisting time and/or tuning stuff out

The overall experience is good until I buy the subscription. 37 Games has had a bug where the subscription does not activate after purchase and it shows as active in Google but they pass the buck on to Google to fix it. Going on a lot of trouble to hear only the run around and passing blame. Cheating me out of rewards and resources I have paid for. 37 Games is awful customer service
