Ratings and reviews

The functionalities stop working like Redeem or getting the tax reports. Raised the concerns with the team , there is no customer support who helped me in this matter . The app used to be very good and the support was amazing but now I am struggling for the basic option to check the reports or to redeem the required amount as there is emergency. I also dont find any customer care number availble its just the email and they dont reply on that Ticket . Please find the ticket number :: #88895

Was a fan of goalwise. User interface and support used to be awesome and my family have invested a lot of money in MFs via goalwise. But niyo support now has degraded so much, I raised a support request for app failing to perform re-kyc and it's been 3 months and the issue isn't still resolved and their response is always "we are looking into it". Come on guys, teams release lot of features in a 3 months span and you can't fix a bug ?

Not able to generate the CAS statement and update the portfolio details. Investments details are not updated and it's totally irrelevant for external investments. - - - -1) UPDATE 88530 is the ticket raised for the issue . No ETA was provided. 2) The above issue exists for both niyo money and niyox apps.
